Opus North Corporation, a member of The Opus Group, is a full-service design-build development firm serving the north central portion of the United States. Headquartered in Chicago, the company has additional offices in Milwaukee, Columbus, Ohio, and Indianapolis. With in-house expertise in office, industrial, retail, multifamily, government, and institutional projects, Opus North has developed more than 47.1 million square feet of space since starting operations in 1972.

Burr Ridge Village Center
This mixed-use village center is strategically located in Burr Ridge, Illinois - an affluent western suburb - 15 miles west of Downtown Chicago.
Opus Business Center at Rickenbacker 7
Opus Business Center at Rickenbacker 7 is a 496,156-square-foot industrial building located just 2.5 miles south of I-270 at the Intersection of Opus Drive and Roy Road, at Rickenbacker International Airport in the Groveport submarket of Columbus, Ohio.
AIG American General
This project is a build-to-suit for AIG American General, and will be its new Springfield Service Center, located at the intersection of Hollis Drive and Robbins Road in Springfield, Illinois at the Southwest Plaza.
Port Clinton Place
Port Clinton Place will be part of a 20+ acre mixed-use development that will provide a gateway to the community. The project will feature attractive landscaping, interconnecting walking/bicycle paths, and a large pond.
