Opus North Corporation, a member of The Opus Group, is a full-service design-build development firm serving the north central portion of the United States. Headquartered in Chicago, the company has additional offices in Milwaukee, Columbus, Ohio, and Indianapolis. With in-house expertise in office, industrial, retail, multifamily, government, and institutional projects, Opus North has developed more than 47.1 million square feet of space since starting operations in 1972.

Arboretum Landmark

This luxury residential apartments and Class A office development is situated in a mixed use campus setting overlooking the Morton Arboretum in Lisle, a western suburb of Chicago.

Marquette University Law School

This four-story Law School will be constructed on a vacant site northwest of North 11th Street and Clybourn Street on the Marquette University campus.

The Shoppes at Fox River

This project is a redevelopment of a former Supervalu distribution facility and will be located along Sunset Drive on the far Southwest side of Waukesha, Wisconsin.

Port Clinton Place
